Frequently asked questions about accommodation in Horní Maršov

How many guests can the apartment accommodate?
The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests in three rooms. One four-bed room with a double bed and two single beds, the second with a double bed, the third living room with a sofa bed.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. The dog fee is 300 CZK per stay.
How far are the ski resorts?
SkiResort Černá hora–Pec 8 km, Janské Lázně 12 km, SkiAreál Malá Úpa 14 km. The ski bus stop and Ski Drahník rental are 250 m from the apartment.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier/later arrival by arrangement.
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum 2 nights, or by arrangement.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit when booking through our website, balance due on arrival. We accept card payments, bank transfer and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum).
What is the cancellation policy?
30+ days before arrival: full deposit refund. 29–15 days: 50% of the price charged. 14 days or less: 80% of the price. If we re-rent the apartment, we transfer the deposit without cancellation fee.
What are the additional fees?
City tax 20 CZK/night/person, final cleaning 800 CZK, dog fee 300 CZK. Wi-Fi, parking, bedding and towels are included.
Is a baby cot available?
Yes, a baby cot is available on request free of charge. Children under 4 stay free.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, an invoice can be issued on request. We are not VAT payers.
