- 50% deposit when booking through our website.
- We are not VAT payers, an invoice can be issued.
- Minimum stay: 2 nights (depending on period).
Cancellation policy
- 30+ days before arrival: full deposit refund.
- 29–15 days before arrival: 50% of price charged.
- 14 days or less: 80% of price charged.
- If we re-rent the apartment during that period, we transfer the deposit without cancellation fee.
